- MicroPromote is an AI social media management tool built for small business. It creates your content — posts, images, video, and voiceovers — schedules it across platforms, and measures what works, so you stay visible without an agency, a marketing hire, or a bloated tool.
- Who is MicroPromote for?
- Small businesses and solo operators who need to show up on social media but don’t have the time, a marketing team, or the budget for an enterprise tool — from training providers and clinics to real-estate agents, trades, and shopfronts. It started with training providers and now works for any small business.
- Do I need any marketing or design experience?
- No. MicroPromote generates the content and lays out the calendar; you approve and publish. It removes exactly the skills — copywriting, design, video — most business owners don’t have time to build.
The product
- What can the AI create?
- Captions and posts, on-brand images, short video and reels, and AI voiceovers (including your own cloned voice, with consent) — the full content of a post, from one brief.
- Does anything post without me approving it?
- No. AI generates drafts, but everything lands in a review queue for you to approve, edit, or reject before it publishes. You decide what goes live.
- Which platforms does it support?
- Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn are the core, all managed and scheduled from one calendar, with more platforms available.
- Will the content sound like my business?
- Yes — AI drafts on a brief about your business, and you edit and approve before anything publishes, so it stays in your voice rather than a generic one.
Plans & signup
- How much does MicroPromote cost?
- Two self-serve plans, no lock-in: Promote at $99/month (AI content, scheduling, and analytics), and Promote + Protect at $299/month, which adds a fortnightly automated scan of your website — security, page speed, email deliverability, and search visibility. If you’d rather not set it up yourself, the Kickstart package (from $1,299 one-off) has us set up your connections and Protect, review your brand, and build your promotion strategy — with a month of Promote + Protect included. - What does the Protect plan add?
- A fortnightly, plain-language report on your website’s health: whether it’s secure, fast, landing emails in inboxes, and findable on Google and AI search. Your social posts drive clicks; Protect makes sure the website they land on converts them.
- Can I just sign up, or do I need a demo first?
- Either. You can book a demo to see it on your own content first, or sign up and go straight into the product. Most people start on the $99 Promote plan.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No lock-in. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
